Visit to Durrat Al-Arous. Nice beaches. We were the only people on the beach. Because it is now Ramadan, people are sleeping during the day and come out at night. Pedro, Dave and I were the only people in the whole resort....

Went to Jeddah airport to see a client aircraft. Huge airport.

Went for a drive around Jeddah. Crazy driving.... Saw Jeddah fountain at night. Very nice and quite impressive.

Been in Jeddah for nearly a month now. Interesting city so far. Very big(spans a large area). Lots of cars. The car is actually the only means of transport here. Lots of malls with all the international brands as well as all the international fast food brands.

Ramadan time now and things really slow down a lot. Night becomes the time where everyone is out. The worst traffic I have seen has been after 22:00. More than in the mornings when we go to work. Ramadan at the malls actually looks like Christmas. They are all decorated and full of lights. Funny is the fact that the traffic warning lights are the lights we use for Christmas back home.

Yesterday (Monday 11th) early morning flight to London. Crap weather. Saudi embassy to stamp visa on my passport. 2 hours walking around London and return to Lisbon. Long day...mission accomplished!
